Overview

$1,500 Signing Bonus*

*Eligible new hire's first day of employment must be on or between March 17, 2025 - June 16, 2025. Other terms and conditions apply.

Functions Supervised: None

Primary Functions: Supervise the activities of the MSC with an emphasis on providing accurate, warm, friendly, and efficient member service. Assist the Member Service Center Team Manager and assume workflow supervision in their absence. Responsible for opening and closing activities independently of management supervision, ensuring compliance with all security and operational procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
  2. Coach, lead, and motivate MSC employees; promote participation in recommending products and services. Meet regularly with employees to establish and reinforce department and organizational goals.
  3. Ensure compliance with credit union marketing, image, and service delivery goals within area of responsibility.
  4. Maintain quality and accuracy in fulfilling member requests.
  5. Ensure the security, accountability, and control of negotiable items.
  6. Coordinate personnel functions with MSC Team Manager, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, employee morale, and policy compliance.
  7. Support helplines dedicated to complex requests and escalated calls.
  8. Support staff through training, coaching, leading, and motivating specialists.
  9. Perform duties of Senior Member Service Center Specialist.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable

Experience/Skills: Strong communication and personnel management skills required. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Direct experience and/or accelerated training may substitute for tenure.

Compensation

Assistant Member Service Center Team Manager (Category 11)

Salary Range: $57,484 - $90,230 annually. Starting salary depends on experience, qualifications, education, and local wage requirements, within the specified range.

Typically, new hire salaries fall within the minimum to midpoint of the range.
