Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven managerial experience.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of battery or automotive systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented with interpersonal awareness.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or forklift; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed operational and financial goals.
• Review, monitor and act on weekly scorecards and monthly financials.
• Manage accounts receivable and inventory to optimize performance.
• Lead weekly meetings and provide coaching to develop team members.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with OSHA and DOT standards.
