Job summary

KidsUnited is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead a team in youth sports and membership sales. You’ll partner with the Regional Manager to grow memberships, develop staff, and deliver an exceptional family experience in our Phoenix-area club.

You’ll engage families at events, manage front-desk operations, and coach coaches, while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment for children ages 18 months to 9 years. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Sales and customer service background is preferred, with membership sales a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership and community awareness by connecting with prospective families and turning leads into memberships.
• Lead and develop the team, coach staff, recruit/train participants, and foster a positive, family-first culture.
• Create an exceptional family experience by building relationships with children and parents, and maintaining a welcoming club environment.
• Support events, community outreach, social media, and grassroots marketing to drive engagement and retention.
