Job summary

KidsUnited—Gilbert & Chandler, AZ—is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to welcome families, convert leads, and grow memberships in a fast-paced team setting.

You'll drive membership goals, manage CRM follow-ups, and build partnerships with local schools and community partners to generate referrals. Evening and weekend shifts may be required as we launch Arizona locations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness, sports, recreation, or family-focused environment is a plus.
• Experience working with children or families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and current members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, tours, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective families using our CRM system.
• Build relationships with local schools, preschools, businesses, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Assist with member check-in and provide exceptional customer service during daily operations.
• Process memberships, retail purchases, and payments accurately.
• Promote and sell birthday party packages and special events.
• Maintain accurate records and customer communications within our CRM.
• Support club events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
• Work closely with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
