Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Kids Manager to oversee the day-to-day organization and supervision of all Kids programming. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities and staff development to deliver exceptional family experiences while driving revenue and membership growth.

You will manage events, budgets, hiring, and collaborate with the sales team to attract and retain Kids memberships. A background in youth programs and First Aid/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 2 years of managing departmental finances in a profit & loss environment.
• Complete and pass Kids Manager Certification.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensures team members initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members and their children.
• Plans, organizes, and executes special events to promote value to members and increase attendance.
• Oversees department budget, assists with budget planning, monitors revenue.
• Hiring, training, coaching and directing Assistant(s) and Supervisor(s).
• Partners with membership sales to acquire and retain kids memberships.
• Markets and sells all Kids programs within club and community to boost participation.
