Job summary

Brothers Bar & Grill is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality food presentation and guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest engagement, and the ability to manage both Front and Back of House operations, with opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants.
• At least one year of managerial or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Desire to grow as a leader and daily improve.

Responsibilities

• Completing fiscal management processes.

has current openings for a Restaurant Assistant Managers. The successful applicants will be work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations - hiring, training, scheduling, ensuring quality food presentation and fantastic guest experiences.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Overseeing both Front of House and Back of House Operations as assigned by General Manager
• Interviewing, training and coaching Front of House co-workers.
• Completing all related fiscal management processes.
• Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules.
• Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers.
• Serving and/or bartending shifts
• Resolving guest concerns
• Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
• Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation.
• Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or bar experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated for success
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
