Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• ABO Certified (Preferred).
• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Selling skills, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Optical Store Manager to build plans to deliver profitable store sales.
• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of the WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
• Inspires and guides the team to deliver a simple, fun and in-style fashion experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
• Provides floor leadership to ensure guests receive a best-in-class experience with clear direction to team members.
• Recruits, interviews, trains, develops, motivates and retains Brand right Optical Team Members.
• Coaches and develops Team Members to deliver WOW! Guest Experience through regular touch bases.
