Job summary

Target Optical is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Wichita store to lead the team in delivering the WOW! Guest Experience and achieve daily sales goals through effective coaching and leadership.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, maintain brand standards, recruit and develop staff, and ensure flawless execution of store operations, merchandising, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• ABO Certification preferred.
• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Strong selling skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Leads with the Optical Store Manager to achieve profitable store sales and WOW Guest Experience.
• Delivers daily sales goals through flawless execution of guest experience behaviors.
• Provides floor leadership and coaching to ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
• Recruits, trains, develops, and retains Brand Right Optical Team Members (OTMs).
• Ensures compliance with operating policies, merchandising, and promotions.
