Qualifications

• Management experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO/NCLE may be required; ophthalmic licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability of the office.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors and staff.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and KPI tracking.
• Oversee cash handling and financial documentation.
• Maintain facility to safety and HIPAA/OSHA standards.
