Job summary

For Eyes Puerto Rico is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise a team, and support sales and clinic coordination to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, optimizing staffing, and maintaining store presentation. This role requires nights and weekend flexibility and a focus on excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication.
• Demonstrated high-level of selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team to deliver great guest service and achieve KPIs.
• Supports store manager in diagnosing business and optimizing sales and profitability.
• Provides training and guidance to team members and delivers timely feedback.
• Assists in recruiting and staffing to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintains store appearance and adherence to visual directives.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
