Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators like comps, conversion, and customer count.
• Translate retail insights into sales and profit growth.
• Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partner with the store manager to lead and develop the team.
• Provide timely feedback and develop staff with the Store Manager.
• Execute visual standards and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain positive doctor relationships and policy compliance.
• Handle administrative duties and scheduling.
