EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Guest Experience and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver profitable sales and coach a team to uphold the WOW! experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ABO certification preferred, and 2+ years in retail or customer service. You will recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Optical Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales.
• Execute the WOW! Guest Experience behaviors to meet daily sales goals.
• Provide floor leadership and guidance to ensure a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain brand standards and performance.
• Support partnerships with Target Optical doctors and Host to grow guest base.
