Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of Luxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive sales. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee selling, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, strong customer service, and a detail-oriented approach to execute operational policies and maintain brand standards. Inclusive, engaging management styles are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience of 1+ years is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store operations.
• Critical thinking to improve performance and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales plans and objectives.
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising across the store.
• Recruit and interview new talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Provide coaching to support growth and development of staff.
• Ensure clear communication of promotions and incentives to the team.
