Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day studio operations and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the Studio Lead team.
• Coach Studio Leads on customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence.
• Assist with scheduling for Studio Lead and Instructor shifts; coordinate coverage.
• Represent JETSET in the local community and build partnerships with businesses and wellness partners.
• Maintain exceptional studio presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Lead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
