Job summary

QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to assist in daily store operations and lead a team toward delivering excellent customer service. You will support the Store Manager, promote teamwork, uphold policies, and contribute to a respectful, customer-focused environment.

You will help train clerks, foster a high-performing culture, and demonstrate strengths in customer engagement, operational execution, and teamwork in line with QuikTrip's standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold store standards.
• Mentor and support team members to promote teamwork.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional store appearance.
• Monitor food service and food safety standards where applicable.
• Ensure product merchandising aligns with customer demand.
• Assist with shift management and cross-shift coordination.
• Oversee store operations and maintain accurate reporting and inventory processes.
