Under supervision, you will uphold company policies, drive operational execution, and contribute to a high-performing team culture through hands-on leadership and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Own the customer experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and consistently representing company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Maintain customer-facing environment and daily upkeep.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Ensure product quality and safety.
• Merchandising - Optimize layouts and maintain alignment with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Coordinate cross-shift efforts to meet customer demand.
• Business Operations - Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting and inventory processes are followed.
