Qualifications

• Employee Support / Teamwork - Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance - Address appearance issues and guide peers in daily upkeep.
• Food Service and Food Safety - Check standards, correct issues, and ensure safe, consistent products.
• Merchandising - Optimize layouts and identify gaps to align with customer demand.
• Shift Management - Anticipate needs, solve problems, coordinate cross-shift efforts.
• Business Operations - Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting and inventory processes.
