QuikTrip Corp. is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support store operations and help the team succeed. You will deliver excellent customer service, reinforce standards, and foster a welcoming environment under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You’ll train and develop clerks on your shift, promote teamwork, and uphold QT’s values, standards, and customer-focused culture through hands-on leadership and growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail store sales experience preferred.
• English communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service: Own the customer experience by anticipating needs, solving problems, and consistently representing company standards.
• Employee Support / Teamwork: Mentor peers, resolve conflicts constructively, and model professional behavior.
• Store Appearance: Maintain a welcoming, customer-facing environment and guide peers in daily upkeep.
• Food Service and Food Safety: Ensure product quality and safety.
• Merchandising: Optimize product presentation to match customer demand.
• Shift Management: Coordinate cross-shift efforts to meet customer demand.
• Business Operations: Monitor task execution, resolve issues, and ensure reporting and inventory processes are followed.
