Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success and growth within the Panda community.

You will help hire, manage and direct associates toward financial goals while maintaining high standards of service and food quality. A Flexibility to work a 50-mile radius and a weekend schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and drive performance.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
