A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. The role requires flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, availability for varied shifts including opening and closing, and a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
