Candidates will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare them for the store management role within Panda Express. Flexibility to work weekends and within a 50-mile radius is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage/ direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership training to prepare for store management responsibilities.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for store staff.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
