Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of Panda Express store management development.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and store performance.
