Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, supervise and motivate associates to meet financial targets and provide outstanding service. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

The role requires flexibility, mobility within 50 miles, and ability to work opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and help achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
