Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the operations of a single Panda Express store. You’ll hire, supervise and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success.

Panda provides a 3+ week leadership training program and mentorship to support your growth. Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, available for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, and you must hold Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program provided by Panda Express.
