Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store in the Panda Restaurant Group family. You will hire, direct, and develop associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations within 50 miles, plus completion of the Serve Safe food safety program, will be required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
