Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC invites experienced individuals to join as Assistant Manager at Store 4488. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, run the register, and ensure exceptional customer service across all shifts.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a possible monthly bonus, 401(k) benefits, PTO, health coverage options, and clear opportunities to advance to store management as you grow with our energetic team.

Qualifications

• Open availability on weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable with cleaning/restrooms, trash, and exterior areas.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
