Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Oshkosh, WI location. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, leads a customer-focused team, and ensures fast, accurate service during all shifts.

You will manage cash handling, staff scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Open availability and weekends are required to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Valid driver\'s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks around store and pumps.
• Minimum age 18+ (AR) / 21+ (other states).
• Strong communication skills to follow application link.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What Youll Do: You'll Do: Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude. Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions. Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success. Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off. Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked. Maintain a clean, welcoming store—inclusive of restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps. Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage. Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials. Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel. Other duties as assigned.
