Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Denver, CO to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ASM collaborates with the Shop Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and maintain brand integrity across the shop floor.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail supervision, strong communication, and a passion for skincare and ethical business practices. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
