Job summary

Rhoback is seeking a driven, people-first Assistant Manager to lead on the sales floor, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Charlottesville location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and scheduling, oversee visual merchandising, and train the team while maintaining operational excellence and integrity.

This on-site role requires at least 3 years in retail with leadership experience and a passion for the Rhoback

Qualifications

3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven experience managing inventory, scheduling, and store operational processes.
Demonstrated experience with visual merchandising standards and execution.
Experience with Shopify POS or comparable systems; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead on the sales floor during every shift, modeling exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Support the Store Manager in building a high‑performance sales culture focused on goal achievement.
Leverage product presentation and visual strategy to support commercial goals and increase conversion and transaction value.
Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and take action to close them with integrity.
Serve as Leader-on-Duty during designated shifts, making decisions and leading the team.
