Job summary

Rhoback is hiring a full-time Associate to lead on the sales floor, greet customers, and drive daily store operations. You will open/close, ensure security, and act as a point of contact in the absence of management. You will set the tone for the team and uphold brand standards.

You will be a product expert, delivering personalized recommendations and maintaining a high-quality customer experience while contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred; prior key holder or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet customers and assess needs.
• Able to operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and authentically and make them feel welcome.
• Deliver personalized product recommendations and styling suggestions based on needs.
• Serve as a Rhoback product expert on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Assist with fitting room needs, product availability, and special requests.
• Contribute to store sales goals through upselling and relationship building.
• Capture customer contact information for follow-up.
• Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, returns, and exchanges.
• Open and close the store according to procedures and maintain security.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep displays organized.
