Job summary

Rhoback is seeking a Store Manager in Dallas, TX to lead daily store operations, sales performance, and a high-performing team. You will drive customer engagement on the floor, coach staff, and manage inventory, scheduling, and visuals to uphold the Rhoback brand.

The Role (Location: Dallas, Texas)

As the Store Manager, you are the driving force behind every aspect of the store—its culture, its performance, and its people. You will set the standard for what exceptional looks like: in customer experience, in sales execution, in team development, and in operational excellence. You lead by example on the sales floor every day, and you hold yourself and your team to the highest level of integrity in everything you do.

What You’ll Do

• Own the store's sales results—set the tone, model the behaviors, and hold the team accountable to achieving and exceeding all sales goals and KPIs.
• Be a visible, active presence on the sales floor, personally engaging with customers, demonstrating product expertise, and modeling best-in-class service at all times.
• Build a loyal customer base through authentic relationship-building, personalized styling, and memorable in-store experiences.
• Foster a sales-driven culture where every team member understands their role in achieving goals—and is motivated and equipped to deliver.
• Champion all KPIs (conversion, units per transaction, average transaction value, customer satisfaction, and more) and take swift, decisive action to address gaps.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the Rhoback brand and #craveactivity spirit.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire all team members through consistent feedback, development conversations, and performance management.
• Create and maintain a fun, energetic, and accountable team environment where people are proud to work and motivated to grow.
• Build and manage employee schedules in alignment with business needs, traffic patterns, and labor budget goals.

Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, shrink prevention, and security protocols.
• Monitor and analyze store KPIs and sales reports; identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive performance and profitability.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, restocking, cycle counts, and periodic transfers from the nearby warehouse.
• Ensure the store environment is always clean, safe, organized, and fully operational—fixtures, lighting, and marketing materials included.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the store and HQ, communicating store needs, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity in all business practices—financial, operational, and interpersonal.

Visual & Brand

• Uphold and elevate Rhoback's visual merchandising standards, ensuring floor sets, displays, and overall store aesthetic consistently reflect the brand.
• Execute brand directives from HQ and adapt them thoughtfully to the local customer and environment.

• Proficiency in Shopify POS or a comparable retail system, and comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, genuine flexibility, and availability to work 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Visual merchandising experience.
• Experience managing a co-gendered retail store.
• Familiarity with Rhoback products and our customer base.

Compensation

Base salary range: $58,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation. Further details will be shared during the hiring process. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, an FTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
