Job summary

Rhoback in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a full‑time Associate with keys to lead on the sales floor, open/close the store, and uphold security while supporting the Store Leader. You’ll model the Rhoback brand, deliver a welcoming experience, and drive the business through proactive engagement.

You’ll greet customers, understand needs, offer product recommendations, know fabrics/fits/stories, assist with fittings, and manage transactions, returns, and exchanges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations.
• Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Open/close the store, manage security, and support leadership when needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep stockroom organized.
• Act as a Rhoback brand ambassador on the sales floor.
