Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager in Rocky Mount, NC. You will grow sales through rental agreements and new customer acquisition while delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store and in customers’ homes.

The role includes coordinating deliveries, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with merchandising. Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail or sales and a high school diploma, with a valid driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset.

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
