Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to boost sales through rental agreements and new business opportunities. You will provide expert customer service in stores and at customers' homes, oversee deliveries and pickups, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized showroom.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You must be at least 18, able to lift and move household items, and eager to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with white-glove service.
• Deliveries & pickups including loading/unloading and installation.
