Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers. You will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a white-glove experience in-store and in customers' homes.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, pickups, and installations, plus maintaining attractive merchandising and store cleanliness. A strong communication skill set and a willingness to drive company vehicles are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white-glove service.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and installation of products per procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
