Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage in-home deliveries and installations. You will support merchandising and store operations while upholding the company’s commitment to service excellence.

The role emphasizes in-store and on-site customer interactions, with a focus on growth, teamwork, and delivering quality products to customers in their homes. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences using a white-glove service approach.
• Handle deliveries and pickups, including loading/unloading and product installation following procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean store and assist coworkers and customers with merchandising.
