You will participate in credit collections, customer service, deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting store environment. A hands-on, service-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Contact customers and collect on accounts daily to support growth.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service in stores and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Assist loading/unloading and installation while following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and clean for customers and coworkers.
