Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to quality goods and deliver white-glove service in our stores and in customers' homes. You will play a key role in collections, customer service, and merchandising, driving positive experiences and revenue impact.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. The role involves driving company vehicles and lifting items as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with collections is a plus.
