Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to guide team members and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

You will coach crew, provide real-time feedback, manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred; this non-exempt role pays $13–$15 per hour and offers benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
