Paradies Lagardre is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Pistache French Bistro, in West Palm Beach. You will oversee food quality, guest service, staff scheduling, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced, airport dining environment.

Requirements include 3–5 years of restaurant management, Serv Safe certification within six months, and strong leadership with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Manager Certification within six months of hire.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
• Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, records, and reports.
• Must be able to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment; schedule determined by business needs.
• Proficiency reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales and profitability.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, quality, and grooming standards.
• Monitor team performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints with timely resolutions.
• Ensure positive guest service across all areas.
