Job summary

upEducators is seeking a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Executive to independently manage end-to-end hiring for a growing team. The role is remote with flexible hours and entails sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and building a robust talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruitment experience, strong LinkedIn/job portal knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. EdTech or education sector exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and job portal recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Team handling experience is a plus; EdTech/Education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Plan and execute effective recruitment strategies based on requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and smooth onboarding; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Handle additional HR responsibilities if needed.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and plan effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle additional HR responsibilities, if required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and job portal recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Recruitment Industry, EdTech, Education or Training organisations is preferred.
