Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a hands-on supervisor for a quick-service branded venue, with a focus on maintaining Starbucks brand standards and compliant operations. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires organizing staff, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to budgets and labor targets, while delivering excellent guest service in varying weather and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years quick service food management experience with managing large high-volume food service operations and managing a team of 10+ employees.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Starbucks brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Union guidelines, as well as Company policies and procedures.
• With the direction of the venue Manager, execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety and Guest Service standards.
• Mentor and counsel team members and enforce appropriate policies and procedures ensuring compliance of departmental standards.
• Oversee workflow and staff performance to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
