Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a dynamic Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our venues. You will lead a cohesive team, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing budgets and compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, optimizing costs, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with restaurant managers to deliver quality experiences across high-volume locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years quick service food management experience with 20+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and travel between venues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of quick service restaurants.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws and union guidelines; follow company policies.
• Execute plans to optimize profits while maintaining quality and guest service standards.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Oversee hiring and training content; manage shifts and workflows.
• Maintain budgets, control costs and labor; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support guest satisfaction programs and team cohesion.
