Job summary

NBCUniversal in the United States is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of quick service branded restaurants. You will lead a cohesive team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and partner with Restaurant Managers to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years' experience managing large high-volume food-service operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of quick service food management experience with 20+ staff teams.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends and nights.
• Experience with budgets and cost controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and company policies.
• Execute plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality and guest service.
• Support staff and guest satisfaction programs and coach team members.
• Supervise hourly and seasonal staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional work areas.
• Hire and train staff and ensure operational venues are staffed.
