Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Experience in QSR operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a shift manager as outlined in the shift manager description.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12.
• Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Recommends promotions, transfers, or terminations.
• May conduct written and verbal staff evaluations.
• Coordinates and supervises staff to maintain cleanliness per Operations Manual.
• As needed, supervises food preparation to ensure safety and standards.
• Performs paperwork duties as needed.
• Assists with planning of special events and promotions.
