Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager who will focus on seven key areas: guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling and supervision, safety standards, and teamwork.

Daily duties include supervising 4–12 staff, planning events and promotions, coordinating training, assisting with product ordering and inventory, ensuring excellence in guest service across shifts, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and supervise staff.
• Manage staff of 4–12 and assign/evaluate work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions and coordinate training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Ensure restaurant safety, cleanliness and operate POS system.
