Rental Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in daily property operations, tenant relations, and documentation. You will assist with financial processes, ensure accuracy, and help maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or higher in Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (B2).
• Understanding of local real estate regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and documentation for tenants and the property.
• Process rental payments, assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain open tenant communication and address requests with empathy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports as required.
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development.
