Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager/Leasing role for a Texas apartment community. Onsite, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM with some after-hours events.

Ideal candidates have onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant, plus familiarity with RealPage/Knock/Onesite. The position offers tuition assistance, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented, award-winning employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with property operations and rental collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with integrity.
• Safeguard and deposit monies and enter into the operations system timely.
• Address resident comments and complaints promptly.
• Take on leasing responsibilities including leasing apartments when needed.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Foster friendly, open, and available interaction with residents and coworkers.
• Fill in for the Business Manager during absences or as needed.
• Manage and monitor rental collection; collect rent timely and deposit receipts daily.
• Assess moves-out condition and issue final accounts.
• Inform about liability claims or violations to Property Manager and corporate office.
