Job summary

Olympus Property’s Lakeline at Bartram Park seeks a Leasing Consultant who will be the face of the community, greet guests, explain apartment options, and close leases. You’ll deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents while maintaining in-depth knowledge of the property.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of leasing or fast-paced sales/customer-facing experience, weekday hours 9 AM - 6 PM with weekends. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or established experience in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents
• Explaining details of the different apartment unit options
• Providing exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospective residents
• Prepare lease paperwork and manage move-in process
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities
