Qualifications

• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet RPM service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve results.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens.
• Schedule, manage labor, and attendance.
• Provide a fun, happy environment for customers and Team.
• Lead Team to achieve store goals.
• Consistently work 40+ hours per week.
